Stockholm — the all-week option
Stockholm runs its coworking on floors 2–4 of 43 Ly Tu Trong, open every day. The bistro is on the ground floor of the same building.
The operator is Almax Invest Co., Ltd, and the space opened in 2023. Its own description of floors 2, 3 and 4 lists ergonomic furniture, natural light and fast internet.
Passes from four hours to a year
Stockholm is the only space here that publishes a full ladder of passes. Every plan except the 4-hour pass includes one drink a day. All prices include VAT.

- Day pass (07:00–23:00): VND 150,000.

Coffee passes, rooms and studio
The Basic Coffee Pass covers Vietnamese coffee, Italian coffee and kombucha at VND 210,000 for 7 days, VND 450,000 for 15 days and VND 900,000 for 1 month. The Premium Coffee Pass covers any coffee on the menu at VND 385,000, VND 825,000 and VND 1,650,000 for the same three periods. The drink is valid only during the plan membership.
Meeting rooms cost VND 120,000 per person per hour for 1–4 people and VND 500,000 per hour for 5 or more.
The event hall starts at VND 2,200,000 for 0–2 hours and reaches VND 6,000,000 for a full day over 8 hours. A podcast, livestream and photo studio costs VND 1,000,000 for 1 hour, VND 2,700,000 for 3 hours and VND 3,500,000 for 5 hours. A virtual office address starts at VND 500,000 per month. Private offices for small teams have no published price.
Food, coffee and hours
Hours are 07:00–23:00 every day, and the kitchen closes at 22:00. Brunch runs 07:30–14:00 and dinner 14:00–22:00.
Scandinavian brunch dishes cost 179.000 to 229.000 VND. Eggs Benedict is 229.000 VND and Shakshuka 159.000 VND. Breakfast draws repeated praise on Google.
Coffee runs 35.000 to 75.000 VND, with Black Coffee at 35.000 VND and Cappuccino at 65.000 VND. Desserts cost 79.000 to 119.000 VND.
Signature mains include the Swedish Plankstek, grilled beef on a wooden plank with seasonal vegetables and house sauce. It is 699.000 VND, and Traditional Swedish Meatballs are 259.000 VND. Prices are in Vietnamese dong, and the printed menu is the source.

Evil Space — the cheapest month on paper
Evil Space lists a regular day pass at 200K VND and a one-month plan at 2.5M VND. Desks can be booked today or tomorrow online.
The space has Korean ergonomic chairs, 140 × 70 cm desks, air conditioning, acoustic panels between desks, personal lockers by the month and a coffee bar. It gives its internet as fibre Wi-Fi up to 800 Mbps.
Its hours conflict. Its own site says 11:00–23:00 daily. Its Google Maps page shows Monday to Friday 10 AM–11 PM, with Saturday and Sunday closed.
The internet is fast.
The air conditioning works well. The chairs are comfortable. The room is quiet. Drinks and coffee are good.
Several reviewers also say Evil Space sits close to the Oceanus residential complex, and several call the prices reasonable.

Smart Space — free coffee, no price
Smart Space’s channel describes a quiet business atmosphere, top internet, free coffee, tea and cookies, and rooms for hourly and long-term rental. Hours are Monday to Friday 10:00-00:00, weekends off. To work at the weekend, write in the chat before Friday 21:00.

The north branch has a book-crossing library and a large veranda. The veranda and outdoor working get repeated mentions. Guests can charge electric bikes free, and a VinFast charger is available.

The An Vien branch
On 8 June 2026 the channel announced a second branch in An Vien, in the south of Nha Trang. It is a quiet self-service office format: offices to rent from 1 month, with round-the-clock access for residents. The post lists private offices for teams of 2-5 people and shared offices for 2-3 people.
In June 2026 the north branch tariff grid applied to both branches for the whole summer. Holders of north-branch passes could work free at An Vien after booking in advance. Check whether that offer still applies.
